Custom Extrusion Process from start to finish

Our team will advise on the best way to proceed with your project. We can provide  suggestions on materials and packaging.

We start with a rendering and in specific cases provide a 3D printed prototype which can be used to check fit , form and function. Through early prototyping we limit expensive post Die modifications and get to a finished product quicker.

Once we have all the project details, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of costs to produce your order. This is where we excel and can offer low minimum run orders.

Your order will be strategically placed in our production schedule to meet delivery expectations.

When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange for pickup or shipping. Our customers are from all over North America and we have the ability to  ship  international.

Low Minimum Run/Order Policy

Superior Extrusion has no minimum run/order quantity required. You can order exactly what you need, when you need it.*

We can offer this to our customers as we have an efficient production planning schedule to slots you in just at the right time to minimize machine down time and waste.

Tooling Simplified

When going the custom plastic extrusion route, there are tooling costs that we would suggest you purchase in full that way you own the tooling no matter which extruder you work with. However, you may find the costs prohibitive and at Superior Extrusions we can offer two creative solutions to get you going:

1-Amortize the tooling cost over an agreed upon order quantity and delivery date.

2-Pay the full cost of the tooling and get back 100% of the tooling cost once you reached an agreed upon order quantity and delivery date.
